MARK A ROW OR ROLL ITS DIE. EVERY TRADE PRINTS A RECEIPT.
The slip. Every row needs a value before PRINT unlocks. Mark it yourself (an oval, or a range bar pulled together to one value), or roll that row's die: it picks a value inside the bar you set, with your browser's own random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), on your phone, at once. ROLL ALL rolls every row you did not mark and never touches a marked one. Roll as often as you like; nothing is sent until you press PRINT.
How the dice pick. The bars are log-scaled and the die lands evenly along the bar you see, so 1x–10x, 10x–100x and 100x–1000x are equally likely on a 1x–1000x leverage bar (a plain average would land above 100x nine times out of ten). SIZE is rolled before LEVERAGE: papertrade needs SIZE × LEVERAGE at or above its live minimum position, so the die never lands in the greyed part of the leverage bar that the stake cannot reach; if a new SIZE makes the rolled leverage invalid, the leverage is rolled again inside the new valid part and the row says so. The leverage bar ends at papertrade's live maximum for the coin.
KO and the buffer. Papertrade knocks a position out at 1/L − 0.047% from the entry, so at L× leverage 0.047% × L of the stake is gone to the liquidation buffer before the price even gets there: 0.5% at 10x, 9.4% at 200x, 47% at 1000x.
Target and stop. Papertrade has no take-profit field. When a position opens, this browser signs one "close this position" slip with its trading key and hands only that slip to our server, which sends it when the TARGET price is hit, even with this tab closed. One slip lasts up to 26 hours (never past your trading key); whenever this page is open it signs a fresh one before the old one runs out. If a slip runs out while the page is closed, TARGET only works while this page is open. The slip can only close that one position. In a storm papertrade serves big orders first, so a small close can land minutes late. A STOP needs the new server version; until our server says it supports stops, the STOP row stays off. Positions have no timer: they stay open until TARGET, STOP, KO or your cash-out.
HOLD. A HOLD slip is a ticket that rides to its TIME: SIDE, COIN, TIME (15 min, 1 h, 4 h or 24 h, the four measured cells; nothing in between) and STAKE. The leverage is set for you and rounded down: the highest leverage at which 95 of 100 past entries of that cell never touched the KO line before TIME, per coin, per TIME and per volatility tercile (the last 24 h of 1-minute Hyperliquid candles, annualised; BTC cuts 35.0% / 48.4%, ETH 39.5% / 55.6%). Measured on Binance 1-minute prices 2023-01..2026-09, checked out of sample 2025-01..2026-09; ETH carries a further 10% safety cut. When this page cannot read a fresh volatility it uses the high-volatility row and says so. The stake floor is papertrade's live minimum at that leverage (STAKE × leverage at or above its minimum position, and at least its minimum stake). No TARGET and no STOP are sent: our server closes the position at TIME. A HOLD ticket has no cash-out key; EMERGENCY EXIT needs a 3-second press and a confirm, and a ticket closed before its TIME prints EXITED EARLY. Your position lives in your papertrade account, so you can always close it on papertrade.
Fees. Papertrade keeps a cut of every win: about 10% plus a larger cut on small moves, then a 2% fee (about 28% of the win at a 0.12% target, 17% at 0.45%, 14% at 1%). The pair line prints the cut for your slip. Targets start at 0.12% because papertrade cuts wins closed within ~0.10% of the entry much harder. This page takes no fee (builder fee $0). The key. Every slip opens a real papertrade position from your own account by a trading key that lives only in this browser. It can open and close positions; it cannot withdraw. It lasts 30 days, as on papertrade's own app; the line under your balance shows how long it has left. The one signature this page asks for is "RegisterSessionKey". REVOKE KEY ends it sooner: on chain it is one transaction from your wallet to papertrade's SessionKeyManager (revokeSessionKey, a little HYPE for gas; papertrade cancels trades the key signed that are still queued), or this browser just forgets it. Either way our server drops the close slips that key signed; your open positions stay open in your papertrade account.
